Fast Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow every step of the delivery.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

After reviewing your request, we'll work with you to find the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or return, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact our support team first. We'll help you choose the most suitable solution based on your order.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Products showing signs of use or misuse Items damaged after delivery
Gift cards
Complimentary gifts
Clearance or final sale items
Returns sent without prior authorization
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return or refund request has been approved, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
