1. What makes Motorbi Cable different from a regular charging cable?

Motorbi Cable is designed specifically for motorcycles, scooters, and other outdoor setups. Its stretchable coiled design provides extra reach without leaving excess cable hanging around your cockpit, while the included magnetic mounting system keeps the cable organized and within reach when it is not in use.

2. Will Motorbi Cable work with my motorcycle or scooter?

Motorbi Cable works with motorcycles and scooters equipped with a powered USB-C or USB-A port. Choose the connector version that matches the power port on your vehicle.

Motorbi Cable is a charging cable and does not connect directly to a motorcycle battery. If your vehicle does not have a USB power outlet, a compatible motorcycle USB power adapter is required.

3. Which version should I choose?

Choose USB-C to USB-C if your motorcycle charger, power adapter, or power bank has a USB-C output.

Choose USB-A to USB-C if your vehicle uses a traditional rectangular USB-A charging port.

Both versions have a USB-C connector on the device end.

4. Does Motorbi Cable support fast charging?

Yes. The USB-C to USB-C version supports fast charging up to 60W when used with a compatible USB-C PD power source and device.

Actual charging speed depends on your vehicle’s USB output, charger, connected device, and charging protocol. The USB-A to USB-C version does not support the full 60W output.

5. How long is the cable?

The coiled cable extends up to approximately 1.5m (4.9ft), providing flexible reach between your motorcycle’s power source and your phone, navigation device, action camera, or other USB-C electronics.

When less length is needed, the coiled structure springs back into a more compact shape to reduce loose and hanging cable.

6. How does the magnetic mounting system work?

Motorbi Cable includes a magnetic handle and mounting base that provide a convenient place to secure the cable when it is not connected to your device.

The magnetic system helps prevent the cable from dropping, swinging freely, or becoming difficult to reach during everyday rides. For safe use, position the mounting base where it will not interfere with steering, controls, visibility, or other motorcycle components.

7. Is Motorbi Cable waterproof and dustproof?

Motorbi Cable features a water- and dust-resistant silicone exterior designed for everyday riding and outdoor conditions.

It should not be submerged in water or exposed to high-pressure washing. Always keep the USB connectors dry and disconnect the cable during severe weather or before washing your motorcycle.

8. Can I use it while riding?

Yes, provided that the cable and mounting base are installed safely. Leave enough slack for normal handlebar movement, avoid stretching the cable to its maximum length while riding, and make sure it cannot interfere with steering, controls, brakes, or moving parts.

Always confirm that your phone or navigation device is securely mounted before riding.

9. What devices can Motorbi Cable charge?
